Repassar 30 anos da house music é uma tarefa no mínimo monumental. Mas, Pete Tong resolveu encarar o desafio. O top britânico empreende uma verdadeira viagem no tempo no álbum Collection, a ser lançado em novembro pela major Sony Music.
Ele pinçou a dedo 60 tracks clássicas do gênero, divididas em 3 CDs. “Já fiz muitos álbuns na minha carreira. Mas, estou orgulhoso que esse disco é meu trabalho mais pessoal e definitivo até hoje”, afirma. “Fiz uma seleção que vai desde os pioneiros da old school até os artistas mais inovadores da atualidade. Esta é minha breve história de um incrível movimento chamado house”, destaca.
